Agreement to these terms

These terms apply every time you use the site. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, which form part of this agreement — so please read those too. Together they’re the whole understanding between us about the site.

Who can use the site

The site is open to anyone who can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to them. If you’re under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. Wherever you are, you’re responsible for using the site in line with your own local laws — if something we offer isn’t permitted where you are, please don’t use it.

About the service

SK Play Labs offers free online tools, calculators, and browser games for general, educational, and entertainment use. Everything runs in your browser — there are no accounts to create and nothing to buy.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We build and maintain it in our own time, and we may add, change, pause, or remove any tool, game, or feature at any time, with or without notice. We’re not obliged to keep any particular feature running.

Any results, figures, or output the tools produce are estimates for information only — not exact or official values, not a guarantee, and not professional advice. You’re responsible for checking anything important before you rely on it. See our Disclaimer for detail.

Using the games

Our games are free and meant purely for entertainment. They involve no betting, wagering, deposits, prizes, or real-money play of any kind — there’s no money in them at all, so nothing you do in a game carries monetary value. They run entirely in your browser, and any scores or progress are saved on your own device, not on our servers.

Please play fairly: don’t use bots, scripts, or other automated means to manipulate scores or spoil a game for others. We may change, reset, or retire a game or its saved data at any time.

Acceptable use

The site is here for everyone to use freely and honestly. When you use it, you agree that you will not:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms or any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or its systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to harvest content, hammer the site, or manipulate results or scores.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the site’s content, code, or tools except where we expressly allow it.
• Remove or obscure any notice on the site, or pass off our tools or their output as your own official product or advice.
• Use the site in any way that could harm or disable it, unfairly burden it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

Not professional advice

Our tools are for general information and education only. They don’t constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, health, fitness, or any other professional advice, and using them doesn’t create any professional or advisory relationship between us.

Finance tools (such as EMI, interest, SIP, salary, or tax calculators) and health tools (such as BMI or calorie calculators) produce estimates based only on the values you enter and simplified, general assumptions. They are not personalised recommendations. Before making any decision that matters, consult a suitably qualified professional — for example a chartered accountant or SEBI-registered adviser for money matters, or a registered medical practitioner for health matters — who can weigh your full circumstances. Accuracy and availability

We take care to make the tools correct and to keep the site running, but we can’t promise that every result is error-free or that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Features may go down for maintenance, break, or change. You’re responsible for confirming that any result is right for your situation before you rely on it.

Intellectual property

The SK Play Labs name, branding, design, layout, text, and original code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the site and its tools for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute the site or its content without our permission, except where a tool or download is clearly offered for that use. Any names, trademarks, or brands of other products mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; where a tool or game is inspired by a familiar idea, we build our own version and claim no affiliation with the original. All rights we don’t expressly grant are reserved.

Feedback and suggestions

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions — for a new tool, a fix, or anything else — thank you; we genuinely read them. To keep things simple, you agree that we may use them freely to improve the site, with no obligation to you and no compensation, and without treating them as confidential. We’re never under a duty to act on any suggestion.

Advertising and third-party content

The site may include links to third-party websites and third-party advertising, principally Google AdSense. Ads are selected and served programmatically by the ad network; we don’t choose, control, or endorse the specific ads shown, and we aren’t responsible for third-party content, products, services, or practices. How advertising cookies work, and how to opt out, is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Any dealings with third parties, including advertisers and linked sites, are between you and them. If you believe an ad shown on our site is inappropriate or misleading, tell us at [email protected] and we’ll look into blocking it.

Your privacy

We built the site to collect as little as possible, and what we do handle is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge those policies. Anything a tool or game saves for your convenience stays on your own device.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any result will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be fixed. You use the site at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or protection you have that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SK Play Labs — and anyone involved in creating or running the site — will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or savings, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the site or any tool, game, or output on it. This includes losses from decisions you make in reliance on a tool’s result.

Because the site is free to use, our total liability to you for any and all claims connected with the site is limited — to the fullest extent the law allows — to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing. Some laws don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited as much as the law permits.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SK Play Labs from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of anyone else.

Suspension and termination

You’re free to stop using the site at any time — since there’s no account, there’s nothing to close. We may also limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the site (or any part of it) at any time if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these terms or the law, or to protect the site and its other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply even after you stop using the site.

Changes to the service and these terms

The site will keep evolving. We may change, add to, or discontinue tools, games, or features, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we update the terms, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and make any significant change clear. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms — if you don’t agree, please stop using the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a concern, we’d genuinely rather sort it out directly first — so please email us and give us a fair chance to help before taking any formal step.

Subject to that, any dispute connected with the site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

The small print

A few standard points that keep these terms working: if any part of them is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later. You can’t transfer your rights under these terms to someone else, but we may transfer ours if, for example, the site changes hands. Section headings are for convenience only and don’t affect meaning. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us about the site.
